   All Customer Content provided for use in the Dency AI system is the sole responsibility of the customer.

   Dency AI does not verify, guarantee, or certify the accuracy, completeness, legality, or authenticity of any Customer Content.

   Customers assume full responsibility for the data, information, and training materials they submit and use within the platform.

   AI Responses Disclaimer:

   While Dency AI uses advanced AI models to generate responses, AI-generated outputs may occasionally produce incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated information.

   All users acknowledge that AI-generated responses are provided "as-is" and may not always reflect expert advice or complete accuracy.

   Users assume all risk and responsibility for relying on or using AI-generated content.

   Any claims made on our site regarding improvements, earnings, or performance are not a guarantee of your success. Individual results may vary.

4. No Professional Advice
   Dency AI is a technology platform. We do not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Any information produced by the AI should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice from qualified individuals.

   Customers remain the owner of their uploaded content and data.

   All intellectual property rights in the Dency AI platform, technology, and software remain the exclusive property of Dency AI.
   Customers retain ownership of their content and training materials.
7. Limitation of Liability
   To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dency AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.
   Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the Services in the 12 months prior to any claim.
